The sandwich panel is 20-80mm thick, 1200mm wide, unrestricted long. The PU is transmitted in a certain proportion measured by metering pump of filling machine to mixing head, the lower material of sandwich panel is casted by mixed PU, together with upper material, transmitted to laminationconveyer, foamed and solidified in chain board of lamination conveyor.
